摘要国美总裁黄光裕2008年11月因涉嫌操纵ST金泰股价被公安机关批捕,对其同行业竞争对手而言此事件是危机还是机遇?只有资本市场才能做出最准确的判断。本文在介绍国外相关文献的基础上对公司危机的行业效应(传染效应和竞争效应)进行了实证研究,并进一步发掘了影响竞争效应大小的因素,为竞争效应形成机制理论提供了实证支持。 Huang Guangyu,CEO of Gome had been arrested in November,2008. He was accused for manipulating the stock price of Jintai group. This article does empirical study on this incident to see whether the distress of a major company in the industry has significant influence on other companies based on the introduction of the theories of contagion effects and competitive effects. It also takes a step forward to explore the factors which determine the level of competitive effects.
