钢铁的热浸镀锌是一个物理化学反应过程，热浸镀锌产品质量与钢板的原始状态及锌液中的化学成分有着密切的关系。系统地介绍了镀锌温度、浸镀时间、钢中的化学成分及锌液中的其它微量元素对镀层结构的影响。
Hot dip galvanized of steel is a physical and Chemical reaction process.The quality of hot dip galvanized products is in close relationship with the primary status of sheet and the chemical constituent in zinc liguid.The temperature of galvanizing,the time of dip,the chemical constituent of steel and other micro element in zinc liqnid affecting on the plated coat construction are introduced systematically.
