摘要
目的探讨超声刀在腹腔镜阑尾切除术(LA)中应用的可行性。方法回顾性分析60例应用超声刀行阑尾切除术的临床资料。结果全部用超声刀完成阑尾切除,无需特殊耗材,无术后并发症。结论用超声刀行LA术安全、便捷、明显提高手术效率。
Objective To discuss the feasibility of the useage of ultrasonic scalpel in laparoscopic appendectomy（LA）.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients underwent LA with ultrasonic scalpel were retrospectively analyzed.Results All the patients were performed LA with ultrasonic scalpel successfully,without useage of special material and no complications occoured.Conclusions To fullfill LA with ultrasonic scalpel is safe convenient and efficient.
