摘要
多重PCR技术是能同时扩增同一病原核酸的不同基因片段或多个病原不同核酸片段的技术,具有高效快捷、特异性高、敏感、成本低等优点,对于多种病原的鉴别诊断比单一的PCR更为快速。就多重PCR技术在细菌性病原混和感染、病毒性病原混和感染及其他病原混和感染检测中的应用进行了综述。
Multiplex PCR is a newly developed technology, which has many advantages such as high efficiency and rapidness,specificity and sensitiveness,and lower cost,and so on.It can simultaneously amplify several nuclear acid fragments in the same reaction, and is more advanced than common PCR method.In the article, the detecting application of multiplex PCR on the virus,bacterial and other pathogens of animals were summarized.The progress in pathogen diagnosis of animal diseases by multiplex PCR were put forward.
