摘要
针对秋水仙碱作为治疗急性痛风性关节炎药物的应用,综述了国内外秋水仙碱测量方法研究进展,重点介绍了伏安法、高效液相色谱法、高效液相色谱-质谱联用法等的研究情况.
A review is provided of the progress of analytical methods for colchicine in relation to its application as a drug for treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Commonly used methods for measurement of colchicine,including voltammetry,high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）,and HPLC combined with mass spectrometry（HPLC-MS）,are highlighted.
