摘要
目的分析蛛网膜下腔出血的误诊原因。方法经头颅CT检查和腰椎穿刺证实为蛛网膜下腔出血患者20例,初诊时都误诊为其他疾病,对其病例资料进行分析。结果误诊原因为患者年龄较大、起病缓慢、病情较轻、临床症状不典型、脑膜刺激征出现较晚。结论早期正确诊断非常重要。对临床高度怀疑蛛网膜下腔出血的患者,宜早行头颅CT及腰椎穿刺检查。
Objective Analyze the mistaken diagnosis reason of a of bleeding under spider′s omentum.Methods Checked by the head CT and lumbar vertebrae puncture prove 20 for patient of a of bleeding under spider′s omentum,misdiagnose,for other disease,analyze to their case materials at the first visit.Results Misdiagnosis of the patient′s older,slower onset,less severe clinical symptoms not typical,meningeal irritation occurs later.Conclusion Early correct diagnosis is very important.Suspect spider of patient of bleeding under the omentum highly clinic,should walk head CT early and lumbar vertebrae puncture check.
