建立医院内部医疗设备租赁中心,是解决医院通用设备保有量与临床使用需求矛盾的有效措施。从建立租赁中心的必要性出发,阐述租赁中心运行的可行方法,并在实践的基础上总结成功的经验。
An internal medical equipment rental center goes a long way in providing solutions for inventory control and usage demand scheduling within a hospital.Starting with the necessity of a rental center,this article explores a practical method of establishing such a center based on our experience with a successful implementation.
