摘要
对Monel-400合金圆桶轴向焊接的温度场进行有限元分析,采用ANSYS大型通用有限元分析软件,利用APDL语言进行数值模拟计算.从焊接温度场方面,对圆桶轴向焊接过程的数值模拟进行了分析讨论.为以后焊接应力应变的模拟计算及分析奠定了基础.
Monel-400 alloy cylinder longitudinal weld temperature field was analysed by finite element method.A program was developed with APDL language supported by ANSYS software.The right cylinder axial numerical simulation of welding process was analyzed and discussed in regard to the welding temperature field,which may lay the foundation for the simulation and analysis of the subquent weld stress and strain.
