摘要
为提高飞机备件的生产销售以及库存的自动化管理水平,降低备件生产成本,通过对飞机制造企业实际调研,设计了一种基于无线二维条码的飞机备件管理方案。与传统的一维条码方案相比,该方案利用二维条码和无线PDA实现飞机备件的管理,易于系统集成。重点研究了二维条码的生成原理与打印流程、方案的总体设计、系统架构、备件货位的编码方式,无线二维条码扫描的操作流程和无线PDA端应用程序的设计。应用结果表明,基于该方案开发的飞机备件管理系统有效地提高了航空制造领域的自动化管理水平,并已在实际中投入使用。
To enhance production and sales of aircraft spare part, improve automation management level of inventory, reduce the aircraft spare part management costs,and actually research aircraft manufacturer,the air craft spare part management system scheme based on wireless two-dimensional bar code was designed. Compared with the traditional one-dimensional bar code,the system scheme combined with the two-dimension bareode and wireless PDA for aircraft spare parts management,and the system was easier for system integration.The paper mainly researched the generating principle and printing processes of two-dimensional bar code ,program design ,the overall system scheme architecture ,encoding spare parts,the operation process of the wireless two-dimensional bar code scanning and the application design of wireless PDA terminal. Application results show that the aircraft spare parts management system which is based on the two-dimensional bar code scheme effectively improved the automation management level of aviation manufacturing field, and this system put into practical application.
