摘要
作为我国香蕉生产的主要产区,海南香蕉的生产对我国整个香蕉产业的发展具有重要的意义。文章首先分析了海南香蕉生产的自然生态条件优势、品质优势和产业基础优势。在此基础上,采用作物区域比较优势的分析方法,逐一通过对海南香蕉与其他香蕉主产区的比较优势分析、海南香蕉同海南省内其他5种热带水果的比较优势分析以及1988～2007年海南香蕉生产的比较优势变动分析,以综合评价海南省香蕉生产的比较优势。结果显示,海南省香蕉生产具有综合比较优势和规模优势,但却缺乏生产效率优势。根据分析结果,文章最后提出了一些相关的政策建议。
Hainan Province is a major banana production area in China, in which the development of banana production has an important significance for the whole banana industry in China. The natural ecological advantage, quality advantage and industrial base advantage of the banana production in Hainan are analyzed. Using the method of crop regional comparative advantage, the comparative advantages of banana production in Hainan are evaluated by comparing the comparative advantages between banana production in Hainan and banana production in other areas, banana and other five main tropical fruits in Hainan and also the time trend of the comparative advantage of the banana production in Hainan in 1988-2007. The results show that the banana production in Hainan has the comprehensive comparative advantages and scale advantages, but lacks in productivity advantage. Some suggestions are put forward.
