摘要
本文分析了９０年代国外海洋自动观测仪器和平台技术的发展动态，并根据国内的技术基础和实际需要，对２１世纪初期我国海洋自动观测仪器和平台技术的发展问题提出了建议。
According to the technique base and actual requirement of China,by analyzing the development and trend of marine automatic observation instrument and offshore observation platform abroad during the 1990s,some rationalization proposals are provided on how to develop these techniques in china in the early days of the next century.
