在硅橡胶表面仿生制备磷灰石涂层的研究 被引量:2

Preparation of Apatite Coating on Silicon Rubber by Biomimetic Synthesizing

摘要 用生物活性玻璃粉末对医用硅橡胶进行预处理。将处理过的硅橡胶基片分别浸泡于钙磷饱和溶液和1.5 SSBF中,仿生沉积得到羟基磷灰石涂层。利用X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜对形成的涂层进行表征。试验结果表明,7 d后即在硅橡胶基片表面得到了均匀致密、结晶良好的羽毛状羟基磷灰石涂层。 Silicon rubber is pre-treated by bioactive glass.HA coatings are obtained by immersing silicon rubber substrates into CP solution and 1.5 S SBF respectively.The morphology of coatings is tested by SEM and the structure of them is analyzed by XRD.The results show that an HA layer with well-grown flake-like crystals is formed on the surface of silicon rubber substrates after 7 days.
