盐酸比格列酮胶囊联合二甲双胍缓释胶囊治疗中青年2型尿病观察 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨有效、方便,依从性高的中青年2型糖尿病患者的治疗方案。方法盐酸吡格列酮胶囊联合二甲双胍缓释胶囊治疗符合诊断中青年2型糖尿病,观察治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbALc),血脂等变化,疗程6个月。结果经过治疗所有患者血糖均能实现理想的治疗达标。结论盐酸吡格列酮胶囊联合二甲双胍缓释胶囊可作为中青年2型糖尿病患者理想的治疗方案,能够达到有效方便、依从性高的优点。
