摘要
介绍在沥青软化点控温系统中,应用8051单片机控制一定的升温速率,实现沥青软化点测定过程中对温度的控制。控温系统中采用了PID控制理论,根据实际过程的温度变量,调整控温因子,使系统稳定在一定的升温速率上,满足JTJ052-2000《公路工程沥青及沥青混合料试验规程》中T0606-2000《沥青软化点试验》(环球法)的要求。
This article describes the application of 8051 single-chip microcomputer in the temperature control system of bituminous sof-tening point,which controls the speed ratio of the temperature rise so as to realize temperature control in the process of bituminous sof-tening point test.PID control theory is used in this system,according to the actual process of the temperature variable to adjust the temperature factor and make the system stabilized at a certain heating speed ratio,to meet the requirements of JTJ052 -2000《Highway Engineering Asphalt and Bituminous Mixture Test Regulation》in T0606 -2000《Asphalt Softening Point Test》(Global Law).
