摘要
随着全球资源环境问题的日益突出,如何保持区域可持续发展受到政府决策者和科学家的关注。加强海岸带和近海地质环境的调查和评价,全面掌握区域环境地质特征,保护海岸带地质环境,防治地质灾害,合理开发利用海岸带,实现人与自然的和谐,实现发展经济和保护环境的协调是摆在我们面前的战略性任务。概括总结了环境承载力的概念,环境承载力评价指标体系的建立及其量化计算的方法,并对环境承载力的研究在海岸带地区的应用进行了初步的探讨。
Along with the global resources and environmental problems become more prominent, how to keep regional sustainable development has drawn more attention from the government and scien- tists. It is a strategic task that improving survey and evaluation of coastal zone and offshore geology, comprehensively mastering regional environmental geological characteristics, protecting geological en- vironment of coastal zone, preventing geological disasters, reasonable exploitation of coastal zone, re- alizing harmony between man and the nature, and implementing coordination of economic development and environmental protection in China. The paper summarizes the concept of environmental carrying capacity, index system, methods of calculation, and application of the research on environmental carrying capacity in coastal zone.
