摘要
为了确定某型作动器的最优控制方法,结合LabVIEW图形化编程功能和Simulink的控制算法设计功能,利用LabVIEW RT实时操作系统,开发了一种开放的控制系统设计方法。该方法通过NI的SIT(simulation interface toolkit)软件接口模块,可将在Simulink中设计的控制算法下载到实时系统中,对作动器进行伺服控制。试验过程中可根据试验结果不断对系统控制方法进行在线修改和完善,从而提高了设计效率和质量。
In order to determine the optimistic control method for some actuator,combining the function of LabVIEW and the Simulink,and untilizing the LabVIEW RT real-time operating system,an open design method for control system is provided.Through the SIT software interface module of NI,the control algorithm designed in the Simulink can be downloaded into the real-time operating system to control the actuator.During the experiment,the control method can be changed and optimized online according to the testing results.Through this procedure,the design efficiency and quality can be promoted.
