摘要
农村合作医疗为农村人口提供基本医疗服务,有效缓解农民＂看病难、看病贵＂的难题。农村合作医疗经过萌芽、鼎盛、衰落和探索四个阶段,逐步由传统模式发展为新型农村合作医疗。结合传统农村合作医疗衰落的原因,从筹资、管理、报销三方面揭示新型农村合作医疗的优势,并对新型农村合作医疗的可持续发展提出了相关建议。
Cooperative medical service for the rural population in rural areas provides basic medical services effectively relieve the peasants＂the doctor in a difficult and expensive,＂the problem. the cooperative medical service after bud, its decay, and explore the four stages, from traditional mode of development in the countryside for new cooperative medical service.
