摘要
原发于食管的恶性肿瘤最多见的是食管癌,其他较少见的有食管肉瘤、恶性淋巴瘤、黑色素瘤等。本文概述了食管恶性肿瘤尤其是食管癌的病因、发病机制、流行病学特点。筛查方案及早期诊断的原则和研究进展,综合治疗的发展。
Summary： Primary esophageal malignancies most cornmonly include esophageal cancer and other less frequent tumors such as esophageal sarcoma, malignant lymphoma and melanoma. This paper summarized on esophageal malignancies, especially the etiology and pathogenesis, epidemiologic characteristics, screening solutions, the principles and research progress of early diagnosis and treatments, and advances in comprehensive treatment of esophageal cancer.
