摘要
目的了解徐州市区青年学生艾滋病知识、态度及行为情况,为学校开展预防艾滋病的健康教育提供参考依据。方法运用随机整群抽样的方法,采用自行设计的问卷对徐州市区1所大学、2所职业中专的1136名在校学生进行横断面问卷调查,共回收有效问卷1080份。结果被调查的学生关于艾滋病相关知识的平均正确判断率为83.80%,大学组与职专组学生无显著性差异。不同年龄组学生对艾滋病相关知识的掌握情况有随年龄增长而增高的趋势。19.35%的学生有过性行为,其中65.55%的学生首次性行为时使用了安全套。有1.76%的学生有吸毒史,多集中于职专组。最近1年内有52.31%的学生接受过艾滋病预防宣传服务,44.90%的学生参加过预防艾滋病宣传服务。结论青年时期是健康性行为发展的重要时期,应加强对青少年预防艾滋病、远离毒品等多方面的教育,平衡院校间教育资源和强度。
OBJECTIVE In order to know about the status of AIDS-related knowledge, attitudes and behavior of Xuzhou Urban Young Students and provide the reference for future AIDS’s health education. METHODS The use of a random cluster sampling method, using self -designed questionnaire, 1 136 students from a university and two vocational secondary school in urban, Xuzhou City were investigated in cross -sectional questionnaire survey, a total of 1 080 valid questionnaires were recovered. RESULTS The surveyed students’ correct judgment rate about the AIDS related knowledge was 83.80 percent and there was no significant difference between university groups and vocational secondary group of students. There was an increasing tendency about correct judgment rate of AIDS- related knowledge with age among students in different age groups. 19.35% of the students have had sexual intercourse, of which 65.55% of students having used a condom during sex for the first time. 1.76% of the students had a drug history, and more specifically focused on the functional group. Last year, 52.31% of students had received AIDS prevention campaigns, 44.90% of students participated in AIDS prevention campaigns. CONCLUSION The youthful days are the important period which the healthy sex act develops, should strengthen to the young people the prevention AIDS, to be far away from the narcotics and so on various education. It is necessary to balance intensity of educational resources between the institutions and high school.
