大豆异黄酮对哺乳母猪生产性能及抗氧化性能的影响 被引量:40

摘要 试验选用体况相近、预产期接近的长×大二元杂交母猪14头、长白母猪28头、大白母猪26头.3个品种猪均随机分为2组,分别添加大豆异黄酮0mg·kg-1(对照组)和15mg·kg-1,研究饲粮中添加大豆异黄酮对哺乳母猪生产性能、抗氧化性能的影响。试验期为母猪泌乳第4~21天。试验结果表明,添加大豆异黄酮对母猪采食量、背膘损失无显著影响(P〉0.05);大豆异黄酮组长×大二元杂交母猪泌乳第21天泌乳量显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),其所哺乳仔猪21日龄断奶窝均个体重显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),长白、大白母猪所哺乳仔猪断奶窝个体重显著提高;大豆异黄酮组二元杂母猪泌乳第10天乳蛋白含量显著升高,乳糖、乳脂含量与对照组差异不显著(P〉0.05);母猪血浆总抗氧化能力提高(P〈0.05),肝脏过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性上升(P〈0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量下降(P〈0.05)。研究结果提示,在哺乳期母猪饲粮中添加大豆异黄酮可改善母猪抗氧化性能,提高母猪泌乳性能。改善哺乳仔猪生长性能。 To study the effects of soybean isoflavones on lactation performance and antioxidation capacity of sows, three different species of sows (sixteen Landrace xLarge sows, twenty-eight purebred Landrace sows and twenty-six purebred White sows)with similar expected farrowing dates were randomly assigned to two treatments, control and 0.15 mg·kg-1 soybean isoflavones group. Trial period from the first 4 d to 21 d of Lactating sows. Results showed that: the addition of 0.15 mg·kg-1 soybean isoflavones had no effect on feed intake and back-fat loss of sows(P〉0.05). The addition of 0.15 mg·kg-1 soybean isoflavones improved lactation performance, milk yield at 21 day post-partum of LandracexLarge sows. The addition of 0.15 mg·kg-1 soybean isoflavones have no effect on lactation performance of Landrace sows and White sows(P〉0.05), increased the average daily gain and weaning weight of their piglets(P〈0.05). In respect of milk composition of sows, the addition of 0.15 mg·kg-1 soybean isoflavones increased milk protein content at 10 day of lactation of LandracexLarge sows(P〈0.05), but there were no difference in milk lactose and fat. As well as, the addition of 0.15 mg·kg-1 soybean isoflavones significantly enhanced total antioxidant eapacity(T-AOC) and catalase(CAT) activity(P〈0.05) and significantly decreased plasma malondialdehyde(MDA) content(P〈0.05) of plasma of sows. The results suggestted that: the additon of 0.15 mg·kg-1 soybean isoflavones enhanced antioxidation capacity, increased lactation performance of sows, elevated the performance of piglets.
