盐碱胁迫对华蒲公英质膜ATP酶和5′-核苷酸酶的影响 被引量:6

摘要 研究华蒲公英(Taraxacum sinicumKitag.)分别在4种盐碱(NaCl、Na2SO4、Na2CO3、NaHCO3)胁迫下,PM-ATPase活性和质膜5-′AMPase活性变化,探讨华蒲公英在不同盐碱胁迫下生理生化的变化,并对其耐盐碱性进行评价。结果表明:华蒲公英体内PM-ATPase和质膜5-′AMPase活性都随着盐浓度的增加先升高后降低,但不同种类盐碱胁迫下存在差异;在盐碱胁迫下,华蒲公英根系首先对逆境作出了积极地反映,而叶片对盐碱胁迫的调节能力强于根系;华蒲公英耐盐碱顺序为NaCl>Na2SO4>NaHCO3>Na2CO3。 The physiological and biochemical changes of Taraxacum sinicum,the PM-ATPase and 5′-AMPase activities of Taraxacum sinicum were studied under different concentration of salt stress(NaCl,Na2SO4,Na2CO3,and NaHCO3).The capacity of salt tolerant was comprehensively assessed.The results showed that both PM-ATPase and 5′-AMPase activities in Taraxacum sinicum initially increased under salt stress,but at higher salt levels the activities were reduced.On the other hand,the activities were differentially affected by each salt stress.Different responses of roots and leaves to salt stress were observed.The root system of Taraxacum sinicum first gave a positive reaction.However the leaves had more tolerant capability than the root system under the salt stress.Generally,the defensive capacity of Taraxacum sinicum was classified into following rank order: NaClNa2SO4Na2CO3NaHCO3.
