摘要
目的分析涉及死亡的医疗纠纷临床特点,探讨病理学尸检的意义和重要性。方法对62例涉及医疗纠纷尸体进行系统解剖与病理学检查,并按年龄、临床科室分布,死因诊断等要素进行分类整理和分析。结果 62例尸检中病理性死亡60例,心血管疾病居首位,其次为女性生殖系统疾病,2例原因不明。结论系统的尸体解剖、准确的死因分析,对涉及死亡的医疗纠纷的正确处理和防范有重要作用。
Objective The medical dispute that analysis involves and dies is clinical, the meaning and importance of study pathology corpse check. Methods Sixty-two involve a medical dispute corpse to carry on system dissection and pathology examination, and press the age, clinical section room to distribute, cause of death the diagnosis etc. main factor to carry on classification sorting and analysis. Results Sixty-two corpses are checking, the pathology dies 60, the cardiovascular disease stands first and secondly grows system disease for female, 2 reason aren＇t clear. Conclusion The autopsy, accurate cause of death of system is analytical, to the correct processing of medical dispute that involves to die and guard against an important function.
