摘要
目的探讨压疮预防及护理新方法在颈椎骨折伴颈髓损伤患者中的应用效果。方法按住院时间段将72例颈椎骨折伴颈髓损伤患者分为实验组（35例）和对照组（37例），对照组用传统方法，实验组用新方法。结果与对照组相比，实验组出现疼痛、无奈、睡眠不足、烦躁等不适感明显减轻（P〈0．01）；压疮护理时出现SpO2〈90％发生率明显低于对照组，但压疮的发生率并未增加（P〉0．05）；患者及家属的满意度明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论在颈椎骨折伴颈髓损伤患者中应用压疮预防及护理新方法，可相对稳定患者病情，减轻患者不适，提高患者及家属的满意度和护理质量。
Objective To investigate the application effects of a new preventive and nursing method of pressure sore in the patients of cervical fracture combined with cervical cord injury. Methods A total of 72 patients of cervical fracture combined with cervical cord injury were divided into the experiment group （37 patients） and the control group （35patients） according to hospitalization time. Patients in control group were adopted traditional method, while those in experiment group were adopted the new method. Results Compare with the control group, discomfort of pain, helpless, agrypnia and dysphoria was reduced significantly in the experiment group. The incidence of SpO2 〈 90% in the experiment group was lower than that in control group, but the incidence of pressure sore showed no difference between the two groups. The satisfaction degree of nursing service in experiment group was significantly higher than that in control group. Conclusions The new preventive and nursing method is effective for the application on recovery of pressure sore in the patients with cervical fracture combined with cervical cord injury.
