摘要
针对广东科学中心这一国内少见的巨型钢框架结构,对其新型结构框架节点进行了试验研究。给出了试件加载、应变与位移测试的详细方案及结果,并进行了有限元模拟分析。通过试验结果与有限元数值分析结果对比,在设计荷载作用下节点应力没有超过设计强度,节点承载力大于杆件承载力。表明这种节点设计合理,安全可靠,能够很好地满足结构的要求,具有良好的工作性能。
For the rare mega steel frame structure of Guangdong Science Center in the domestic,it presents a new type of mega steel joints with reinforced welded steel plate.The joint specimen was studied through experiment.The design and monitoring method are introduced.The comparison results of the test and finite element numerical analysis show that the joint design is reasonable,safe and reliable,and is in a position to meet the requirements of the structural design,which has a good working performance.
