摘要
双螺杆多相混输泵依靠螺杆相互啮合容积的周期性变化来输送流体,在设计上利用气体的可压缩性成功地降低回流损失,从而提高泵的容积效率。简述了泵的原理、结构、工作性能及特点。实际应用表明,这种泵可提供中小流量和低中高各种压差,可输送0~100%范围内任何含气率的流体,对多相流介质具有良好的增压效果,适应陆地及海上等多种工况条件。以多相泵为核心的多相混输技术已在石油工业中得到广泛应用,特别对边际油田和卫星油田的开发具有显著的经济效益。还简要综述了国内外双螺杆多相混输泵的研究进展情况。
Twinscrew type multiphase pump transports fluid depending on
periodical variations of screw's mesh cubages. By means of the compressibility of air, the
pump reduces the backflow losses and increases the efficiency. The working principle, design
features, performance and characteristics of the pump are described briefly. Rated for
capacities of 101000 cube meter per hour and differential pressure as high as 10MPa, and
capable of handling continuous gas volumes of 100% slugging, twinscrew type pump provides
both the onshore and offshore oilfields a more efficient solution. Multiphase transport system
has been developed mainly for oil industry, the core of multiphase technology is multiphase
pump, which is particularly suitable for use in the exploitation of marginal and satellite oilfields.
