摘要
综合应用文献资料分析与实证调查方法,对高校管理类课程实验教师的胜任特征进行了初步探索。结果发现,高校管理类课程实验教师胜任特征维度依权重次序为:仪器设备操作能力、相关实践经验、问题解决能力、基本理论知识、组织管理能力、团队协作能力、人际沟通能力、组织公民行为、科研创新能力。这一胜任特征模型对管理类课程实验教师的选拔、培训、绩效评价、激励方案的设计等人力资源开发与管理环节都具有相当的指导意义。
Management curriculum experiment teachers’competence level decides the quality of management curriculum,and then the education quality of management talents.Based on literature analysis and empirical investigation,this paper makes a preliminary exploration on management curriculum experiment teachers’ competency model.The results show that management curriculum experiment teachers’competency according to the weight of dimensions should be as follows:operation ability to equipment,relevant management experience,problem-solving capability,basic theoretical knowledge,organizing and managing ability,teamwork aptitude,interpersonal communication skills,organizational citizenship behavior and research innovation.This competency model has substantially guiding significance on the selection,training,performance evaluation,in-centive program designing and other aspects of human resource development and management for the management curriculum experiment teachers in universities.
