水通道蛋白-3在临床不同型期鼻息肉组织中的表达 被引量:1

Expression and distribution of aquaporin-3 in all clinical types of nasal polyps

摘要 目的研究水通道蛋白-3(AQP-3)在临床不同型期鼻息肉组织中的表达,探讨其与鼻息肉形成的关系。方法取87例鼻息肉组织和32例下鼻甲组织,鼻息肉组中Ⅱ型1期25例、2期31例、3期17例,Ⅲ型14例。应用免疫组化技术检测AQP-3在下鼻甲黏膜组织和不同型期鼻息肉组织中的表达。结果 AQP-3在鼻息肉黏膜上皮下组织的阳性细胞率显著高于下鼻甲组织(P<0.01);鼻息肉黏膜上皮下组织AQP-3的阳性细胞率Ⅲ型高于Ⅱ型各期(P<0.05),Ⅱ型2、3期又高于Ⅱ型1期(P<0.05)。结论 AQP-3与鼻息肉的形成密切相关且在临床不同型期鼻息肉中的表达有差异性。 Objective To investigate the distribution and expression of aquaporin-3(AQP-3) in all clinical types of nasal polyps and to evaluate the role of AQP-3 in the formation of nasal polyps.Methods Eighty-seven samples nasal polyps and 32 samples of inferior turbinates were involved.In the group of nasal polyps,there were 25 cases of typeⅡ phase 1,31 typeⅡ phase 2,17 typeⅡ phase 3 and 14 typeⅢ.The expression of AQP-3 in both groups was studied with immunohistochemical technique.Results The positive rate of AQP-3 in the subepithelial tissue from nasal polyps were higher than those from inferior tubinate(P〈0.01).In the subepithelial tissue from nasal polyps,the positive rate of AQP-3 from typeⅢ were higher than those from typeⅡ(P〈0.05),and the positive rate of AQP-3 from typeⅡ phase 2 and typeⅡ phase 3 were higher than those from typeⅡ phase 1(P〈0.05).Conclusion There is close relationship between AQP-3 and the formation of nasal polyps.The expression of AQP-3 in different clinical types of nasal polyps is different.
