摘要
为筛选出最优的中草药组方及最佳添加剂量,采用单因素完全随机分组试验设计,将24头断奶小香猪随机分为3组(8头/组),研究了复方中草药添加剂对断奶仔猪抗腹泻促生长的效果和对血液生化指标的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比,复方中草药添加剂可显著提高断奶香猪的末重、日增重和料重比(P<0.05),且显著降低断奶仔猪的腹泻率和死亡率(P<0.05)。复方中草药添加剂对谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶活性降低有一定的诱导作用,但不会造成肝、肾组织的损伤。总蛋白、球蛋白、免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白A和免疫球蛋白M都随着饲料中复方中草药含量的增加呈现增高的趋势。
24 weaning Xiang pigs were divided into three groups on average and tested by using the single-factor completely randomized experimental design to study effects of compound Chinese herbal medicine additive on its growth performance and blood biochemical index for selecting the optimum Chinese herbal medicine combination and additive dosage.The results showed that the compound Chinese herbal medicine additive could increase its final weight,daily gain and feed gain ratio（P〈0.05） and reduce its diarrhea rate and mortality rate（P〈0.05） significantly.The compound Chinese herbal medicine additive could decrease activity of ALT and AST to a certain extent without causing damage to the liver and kidney organization.The content of TP,GLB,IgG,IgA and IgM increased with the increase of the compound Chinese herbal medicine additive amount in feed.
