铝电解用TiB_2-C惰性阴极材料的无压烧结过程研究 被引量:1

摘要 以TiB2、石墨、沥青、热固性树脂为原料,采用低温炭化-烧结工艺制备了TiB2-C惰性阴极复合材料,采用TG对TiB2-C在高温下的热失重过程进行了研究,采用XRD、SEM分析了TiB2-C惰性阳极的显微组织。实验结果表明:炭化工艺应采用"两头快、中间慢"的升温制度,才能保证材料炭化烧结的成品率和均质化;经过优化工艺获得的样品经过炭化后其表层主要由TiO2、石墨C、TiC和TiC0.7N0.3组成,内层主要由TiB2、石墨C、TiC和TiC0.7N0.3组成,其中元素N和O可能来源于保护气体Ar中的杂质气体和由于炉膛气密性较差而引入的空气。 The pitch and resin based TiB2-C composites were prepared by low temperature carbonized sintering technology.The thermal weightless characteristics of TiB2-C composites were studied by using TG,and the microstructures were analyzed by XRD and SEM.The results show that the application of heating rule of "fast heating rate in the beginning and the ending,low heating rate in the intermediate stage",is adopted to assure the promising product quality.The XRD diffraction patterns of TiB2-C composites show that the surface layer mainly consists of TiO2,graphite,TiC and TiC0.7N0.3,and the inner layer mainly consists of TiB2,graphite,TiC and TiC0.7N0.3.The presence of elements N and O may be come from the impurity of Ar and air leakage due to poor furnace air tightness.
