摘要 新建本科院校占全国普通本科院校的三分之一,是我国本科院校中最年轻、最有活力、但也是最为薄弱的一部分。新建本科院校在师资队伍、专业建设、教学设施和教学经费、教学管理和质量监控等方面存在诸多共性问题,开展新建本科院校教学工作评估具有承前启后的意义,既要继承上一轮评估的经验,又要考虑新建本科院校的实际情况,有所扬弃,在评估方法上要以信息化建设为基础,重视前期调研,提供帮扶和咨询服务,委托地方评估机构分区域评估,为下一轮评估和构建中国特色的评估体系积累经验。 Newly-established undergraduate-level universities,which account for one-third of national undergraduate colleges,are the youngest and most dynamic,but the weakest part of it.They have plenty of common problems concerning staff,professional configuration,teaching facilities and funding,teaching management and quality control.It is of vital importance of breaking the ground to conduct evaluation of newly-established undergraduate-level universities,which not only inherits on previous experience,but also takes into account their status quo.It needs standing on information technology as the foundation,paying attention to research,providing support and advisory services,commissioning sub-regional assessments to the local agency,in order to accumulate experience for the next evaluation and build evaluation system with Chinese characteristics.
