摘要
《伤寒论》中虽未明确指出肺与大肠相表里的脏腑关系,但在太阳病与阳明病的论述之中,却对其进行了具体地描述和运用。现从气机升降相因与病气上下相传两方面对《伤寒论》条文中肺病及肠,肠病及肺的体现和运用进行分析。冀于加深和促进对肺肠关系的理解及临床运用。
Although the exterior and interior mutual relationship of Zangfu between lung and intestine was not pointed out by the author definitely in the book,he illuminated this relationship and the application in the description of Taiyang disease and the Yangming disease in detail.In this article the appearance and application of that lung disease involving large intestine and intestine disease involving lung were analyzed from two aspects including the cause-and-effect relations in descending and ascending of Qi activity and the mutual transferring in increasing and lowering of pathogenic Qi.From these discussions,it could promote us to get a better comprehension and application of this relationship.
