摘要
中国地方财政支出不仅影响了经济增长,而且也影响了省域之间的经济收敛程度。本文综合分析了中国省际经济体的σ收敛和β收敛情况,发现在2003年之前没有表现出收敛趋势,而2003年之后则出现收敛,同时发现这种收敛的变化与财政支出规模和结构的变化不无关系。因此,从调整和优化地方财政支出角度出发,对缩小区域经济差距具有一定的现实意义。
The fiscal expenditure not only affects the local economic growth, but also the level of economic convergence among provinces. This paper comprehensively analysized the σ convergence and 13 convergence in China＇ s provincial economies and found that did not show the convergence trend before 2003, but appeared after 2003. The paper also found that the changes on the size and structure of fiscal expenditure had related to that convergence. Therefore, to adjust and optimize the fiscal expenditure could have some practical significance on reducing the regional economic convergence.
