摘要在对创业导向的定义和维度进行探讨的基础上,对国内外有关创业导向与企业绩效变量间关系的理论和实证研究成果进行了梳理,并着重对影响两者关系的调节变量与中介变量进行了分析,在此基础上构建了创业导向与组织绩效的全景模型,并探讨了有关创业导向的未来研究方向。
