摘要
从沸沸扬扬的退赛风波的背后,我们应该充分认识到我国单项体育协会法治化建设的缺陷与弊端。从两次退赛风波着手,结合我国单项体育协会的现状,从法学的角度对其存在的问题进行分析。并针对这些问题,提出了可行性建议。
At the back of two retired events of sports, we should fully realize the defect of legalization construction on our individual sports association. In view of these two retired events, the author analyzes some issues concerning to the individual sports association with its state from the law side. And in the light of these problems, suggestions are put forward.
