微格教学在临床护理教师培训中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨微格教学在临床护理教师师资培训中的意义。方法:在泰安市中心医院抽取30名教师,随机分为对照组和试验组。试验组的教师采用微格教学法进行干预,对照组采用传统的集体培训的方法进行培训。干预前后采用微格教学评价表(指导教师用表、学生用表),分别比较两组的差异,所有数据采用SPSS 11.5软件进行统计分析。结果:干预后试验组的教师评价和学生评价显著高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微格教学通过点对点的指导,有效提高了临床教师的授课能力,提高了临床教师的教学质量。 Objective: To evaluate the effect of microteaching in training clinical nursing teachers.Methods: A total of 30 clinical nursing teachers were recruited and divided into two groups.Microteaching was provided for 15 teachers in the experimental group.The routine collective institution was provided for the 15 teachers in the control group.The outcomes were evaluated with Microteaching Evaluation Scale(For the guided teachers and for the students).All the data were analyzed by SPSS 11.5.Results: There was significant difference on the evaluation of the guided teachers and the students.Conclusion: Microteaching is proved to be an effective method to improve the quality of teaching with face-to-face guide among clinical nursing teachers.
