摘要
总结三年半来对住院患儿多种临床感染标本的厌氧培养,提高病原菌的检出率。应用API20A鉴定系统对分离到的厌氧菌菌种进行鉴定。取2102份各种感染标本作厌氧培养,共分离出864株厌氧菌,经鉴定归14个属,计52个种。最常见的厌氧菌是革兰阴性杆菌,占阳性总数53.9%(466/864),其次是阳性球菌,占26.4%(228/864),阳性无芽胞杆菌、阴性球菌和阳性芽胞梭菌分别为10.3%(89/864)、7.8%(67/864)和1.6%(14/864)。最多的菌种是黑色素普氏菌、脆弱类杆菌和厌氧消化链球菌。对临床各种感染标本普遍开展厌氧培养,能提高感染性疾病的病原学诊断和治疗水平。
The pathogens of anaerobic culture of different kinds of clinical samples were detected from hospital children for three and a half years. Anaerobes isolated form anaerobic culture were identified using APl 20A System. There were 14 genus and 52 kinds of different anaerobes after identified the separated 864 anaerobes strain from anaerobic culture of 2102 infection samples. The most common anaerobes were gram negativ bacilli (53.9%), positive coccus (26.4%), positive no spore bacilli (10.3), negative coccus (7.8%) and positive clostridium (1.6%). The most common kinds of bacteria were Prevotella melaninogenica, Bacteroides fragilis and Peptostreptococcus anaerobius. To carry out anaerobic culture of different of infection samples could raise the levels of pathogenisis clinical diagnosis and treatment.
