摘要 压陷阻力是带式输送机主要的运行阻力,运用适当的方法对其进行分析计算,在带式输送机设计和应用研究中具有重要的意义。在讨论了带式输送机压陷阻力形成机理的基础上,推导了压陷阻力的近似计算公式。该公式利用Winkler基础假设来简化分析模型,运用黏弹性材料的标准线性固体模型描述胶带下覆盖层材料的力学特性。给出的算例表明,该公式的计算结果与求解带式输送机压陷阻力其它公式得到的结果十分吻合。 Since the sag resistance accounts for the major part of the total operation resistance of the belt conveyor, it is important to compute it using a proper method during the design and application study of the belt conveyor. After discussing the generation mechanism of the sag resistance of belt conveyors, an approximate formula for computing the sag resistance was offered. In this formula, Winkler foundation assumption was used to simplify the analysis model, and a standard linear solid model of viscoelastic material to characterize the mechanical properties of lining under the belt. A computation example shows that the results from this formula fit in well with the results from other formulas for computing the sag resistance of belt conveyor.
