五种中药挥发油杀菌作用的研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的研究荆芥、桂枝等中药挥发油杀菌效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对含荆芥、桂枝、连翘等成分的复合中药挥发油杀菌效果进行了观察。结果以含体积分数2.08%荆芥和桂枝挥发油与含1.04%的香薷挥发油溶液对悬液内大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌作用3 min,平均杀灭率达到99.9%以上。含8.33%的连翘挥发油溶液对悬液内大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌作用3 min和16.67%的连翘挥发油对金黄色葡萄球菌作用3 min,平均杀灭率均达99.9%以上。含8.33%的藿香挥发油对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌作用3 min,平均杀灭率达99.9%以上。结论荆芥、桂枝等5种中药挥发油对细菌繁殖体和真菌具有一定杀菌作用,但同一中药挥发油对不同细菌杀灭效果存在差异。 Objective To observe germicidal efficacy of volatile oils from Chinese herbs such as Schizonepeta,Ramulus Cinnamemi,etc.Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to observe germicidal efficacy of compound volatile oils from Chinese herbs.Results The killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Candida albicans exposed to solution containing 2.08%(v/v) Schizonepeta and Ramulus Cinnamemi oils and solution containing 1.04%(v/v) Mosla oil for 3 minutes were 99.9%.The killing rate of S.aureus exposed to solution containing 16.67%(v/v) Forsythia oil for 3 minutes were 99.9%.The killing rate of E.coli and C.albicans exposed to solution containing 8.33%(v/v) Forsythia oil for 3 minutes were 99.9%.The killing rate of S.aureus exposed to solution containing 8.33%(v/v) Agastache Rugosus for 3 minutes were 99.9%.Conclusion Volatile oils from 4 chinese herbs such as Schizonepeta,Ramulus Cinnamemi,etc.have good germicidal efficacy against vegetative bacteria and fungi,but there are differences in germicidal efficacy for the same volatile oil.
