摘要
从黄观音、茗科1号、福鼎大毫茶、福鼎大白茶、福安大白茶5个供试品种中分离到茶树内生细菌共79株,并利用平板对峙法筛选出对茶炭疽病菌具有较强拮抗作用的茶树内生细菌5株,测定结果表明其对茶炭疽病平均抑制率达到60.09%.利用普通光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察,发现目标菌株均可有效抑制茶炭疽病菌菌丝的生长.
Seventy-nine strains of endophytic bacteria were isolated and purified from the 5 cultivars(Camellia sinensis cv Huangguanyin,C.sinensis cv Mingke 1,C.sinensis cv Fuding-dahaocha,C.sinensis cv Fuding-dabaicha,C.sinensis cv Fuan-dabaicha).By flat-stand method 5 target strains of endophytic bacteria which had strong inhibitory effect on Gloeosporium theae sinensis Miyake were screened,the average inhibition rate was 60.09%.Observation result showed the target strains could inhibit the mycelial growth of G.theae sinensis.
