摘要
收集整理了食品安全与国际贸易的关系,汇总了主要国际组织和贸易国对水产品中药物残留限量的规定,通过对比分析,得出中国与主要贸易国在残留限量标准方面的差异。同时根据近年中国水产品进出口贸易的情况,分析了影响水产品出口的主要因素,并给出对策和建议。对提高中国水产品质量安全水平和国际竞争力,具有一定的指导作用。
The main factors affecting aquatic product export were collected and analyzed, based on the problems, we have faced in recent years during import and export. The relationship between food safety and international trade, the regulations on medicine MRL of international organization and major trading countries were also summarized in this paper. Through comparative analysis on the medicine MRL standard between China and other trading partners , it is found that there is discrepancy in the standard of MRL.
