摘要
目的:通过了解宫颈疾病患者对疾病相关知识的认知和需求情况,探讨健康教育的有效形式,为医护人员实施健康教育提供依据。方法:采用统一设计的调查问卷,对150例宫颈疾病患者进行调查。结果:42.0%的患者对宫颈炎发生的影响因素及相关知识不知道,75.3%对防癌涂片检查认识不清,64.0%对宫颈癌发生的影响因素不清楚,患者对宫颈疾病相关知识有强烈的需求。结论:妇女认知水平必然影响宫颈疾病的诊断、治疗及康复效果,应加强宫颈疾病相关知识的宣教,提高患者对宫颈疾病的早期诊断认识,做到早发现、早治疗,提高女性健康水平。
Objective：To provide foundation of healthcare education for healthcare workers by discussing the contents and means of the education based on exploring patients′ awareness and demands on the related knowledge about cervical diseases.Methods：A questionnaire survey was conducted on 150 patients suffering from cervical diseases.Results：Among the 150 patients,42.0% were ignorant of the risk factors and other knowledge of the diseases;75.3% and 64.0% were not clear about the cervical cancer screening with a Pap smear and the risk factors,respectively.There was a great demand for the related knowledge.Conclusion：The patients＇ awareness of the diseases may have a great impact on the diagnosis,treatment and rehabilitation.It will improve the women＇s overall health to strengthen the education of the related knowledge,and to raise aware-ness of medical examination for early diagnose and treatment.
