抗菌尼龙610/蛭石复合材料的制备与性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 抗菌尼龙的研究和应用主要集中在尼龙纤维的抗菌整理方面,而对作为塑料使用的抗菌性关注较少。先对蛭石进行钠化、载银和有机化处理,然后将处理过的蛭石与尼龙610进行熔融共混,制得尼龙610/蛭石抗菌复合材料。对复合材料的抑菌性能、抗菌率和力学性能进行了表征。结果表明:处理后的蛭石与尼龙610制得的复合材料对大肠杆菌有明显的抑菌性,其抗菌率达到90%以上;与纯尼龙610相比,其弯曲强度和弯曲模量有所提高,力学性能保持良好。 The research and application of antibacterial nylon were mainly focused on the antimicrobial finishing of nylon fiber,rather than on the antibacterial property of it used as plastics.The vermiculite was firstly modified by NaCl,Ag carrying and organic treating.Then antibacterial nylon 610/vermiculite composite material was prepared from VNAC through melt blending with nylon 610.The antibacterial property,antibacterial rate and mechanical properties of the composite material were characterized.The studying results show that the nylon 610/VNAC composite material has significant inhibition to E.coli,and its antibacterial rate is over 90%.Compared with pure nylon 610,its bending strength and flexural modulus are greatly improved,and the good mechanical properties are retained.
