摘要
以MS为基本培养基,研究了6-BA和NAA配比对4种不同甘薯品种茎尖培养的影响。结果表明,成苗率在甘薯的不同品种间差异较大,同一个品种成苗率随着6-BA和NAA浓度的变化而发生改变。MS+6-BA1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.24 mg/L适于各个品种,平均成苗率达67.5%,辽薯20较易培养,最高成苗率达90%,辽薯26平均成苗率较低为24.6%。说明不同的甘薯品种应选择不同的茎尖培养基。
Stem tips of 4 varieties of sweetpotato(Ipomoea potato L am.),including Liaoshu 73,Liaoshu 20,Liaoshu 26,and Liaoshu 28,were cultured on MS medium supplemented with different combinations of 6-BA and NAA at different concentrations.The result shows that there was an evident difference of the varieties plantlet ration between the different varieties or the different combinations of 6-BA and NAA.The optimum medium for 4 different varieties of sweetpotato was MS + 6-BA1.0 mg/ L + NAA 0.24 mg/ L with the plantlet ration of 67.5%,of which the highest plantlet rate of Liaoshu 20 reached 90%,but Liaoshu 26 was only 24.6%.The results indicates that the different varieties should select the different medium for stem tip culture.
