生物柴油温度对发动机性能影响的试验研究

摘要 通过柴油机台架试验分别研究了生物柴油温度对295D柴油机多项性能的影响。试验结果显示,随着生物柴油温度的升高,发动机扭矩增大,燃油消耗量和CO排放减小;在中低负荷时,随着生物柴油温度的升高,CH排放减少,排气温度降低;生物柴油温度对NOx排放没有规律性影响。 The influence of biodisel temperature on a 295D Disel engine performance is studied in the paper. And the influence to several engine performance parameters is investigated respectively through engine testing. The results show that engine torque increases,fuel consumption and CO emission declines with the increasing of biodisel temperature. It is also found that CH emission and exhaust temperature declines at low and medium load as biodisel temperature increases. The temperature of biodisel does not have regular influence to the NOx emission.
