摘要
首先介绍了逆向物流的概念,阐述了超市逆向物流的种类和产生的驱动因素。在分析超市逆向物流管理现状的基础上,提出了其管理原则。结合沃尔玛公司逆向物流管理经验,展望了我国超市企业逆向物流管理的发展趋势。
The paper firstly introduces the concept of supermarket reverse logistics, its different forms, and the underlying driving factors. Then on the basis of an analysis of the current status of supermarket reverse logistics management ( SRLM ) , it proposes the management principles and, drawing on the experience of Wal - Mart, presents its outlook on the future trend of SRLM in China.
