摘要
目的探讨无创呼吸机在治疗COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者中的价值。方法选择46例COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者在内科治疗的基础上采用BiPAP无创呼吸机经口鼻面罩正压通气,观察治疗前后动脉血PH,PaO2,PaCO2等的变化。结果无创通气后PH,PaO2均有升高,同时PaCO2有下降。结论早期应用无创通气治疗COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭效果较好,并发症少,病人易于接受。
Objective To investigate the value of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation（NIPPV）on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with type-Ⅱ respiratory failure.Methods Forty-six patients received NIPPV via full face-mask based on the medical treatment,the artery vigor and its change of PH,PaO2,PaCO2 before and after the treatment were observed.Results PH and PaO2 both raised,and PaCO2 declined after non-invasive ventilation.Conclusion Early use of NIPPV improves effective power and few complications,and it is easy to be accepted by patients.
