摘要
排气噪声是柴油机的主要噪声源,而安装排气消声器是控制发动机排气噪声最直接和最有效的方法。目前,消声器的研究主要包括有源消声和无源消声两类。为此,对柴油机排气消声器的设计及研究方法进行了阐述,并基于反相抵消的思想提出了一种新型主动节能型消声器的设计原理。
Exhaust noise is the greatest noise of diesel engine. Muffler is the most simple and effective way in controlling the exhaust noise. At present,there are two methods to control the engine exhaust noise,one is passive control method,the other is active control method. In this paper,the development on design and research methods of muffler has been reviewed,and a new principle of muffler was proposed utilizing cancellation of two split out-of-phase noise copies.
