摘要
目的研究银杏达莫对梗阻性肾病大鼠肾间质纤维化的作用及作用机制。方法通过单侧输尿管结扎,建立梗阻性肾病大鼠肾间质纤维化模型,将其随机分成对照组和银杏达莫干预组。用免疫组化半定量分析的方法分别检测术后2周、3周、4周各组大鼠TGF-β1表达的水平。结果随梗阻时间的延长,银杏达莫干预组大鼠TGF-β1表达的水平较对照组明显降低。结论银杏达莫能延缓肾间质纤维化的进展,其机制之一是抑制TGF-β1的表达。
Objective To research the effects and mechanism of drugs Ginkgo leaf extract and diphyridamole injection and mechanism on tubulointerstitial fibrosis of rats with unilateral ureteral obstruction.Methods Models of renal interstitial fibrosis of rats with unilateral ureteral obstruction was established by unilateral ureteral ligation were randomly divided control group and Ginkgo leaf extract and diphyridamole group.Expression of TGF-β1 in every group was detected by immunohistochemistry and semiquantitative analysis.Results Following obstruction continue,expression of TGF-β1 was significantly decreased in the intervention group as compared with those in the control group.Conclusions Ginkgo leaf extract and diphyridamole significantly delays progress of renal interstistitial fibrosis,its mechanism may be inhibits the expression of TGF-β1.
