摘要
分析了刮板输送机动态特性控制原理,探讨了刮板输送机最优启动控制理论,并通过实例对输送机启动进行了仿真研究。结果表明:控制启动方式有利于降低输送机动张力。对现有不同方式进行了分析、比较,得出最佳启动方式。从而使链条张力得到很好控制,可以有效减小张力的波动。
In this study, the control principle of dynamic characteristics of armored face conveyor (AFC) was investigated. Also the optimal start-up control theory of AFC was reviewed. Based on the investigation and review, a simulation on the start-up of AFC was conducted. The simulated results show that the best way to reduce the AFC chain tension is to control the start-up types of AFC. After the analysis and comparison on current available start-up types, the paper obtains the best start-up type. Thus the AFC chain tension can be well controlled, and the tension fluctuation can be effectively mitigated.
