摘要
科技改革与创新是经济持续健康发展的重要源泉,是城乡统筹发展的重要保障。重庆是中西部地区唯一的直辖市,是全国统筹城乡改革综合配套试验区,重庆市以科技促统筹城乡发展的重要实践和探索对全国具有重要的意义。总结了重庆市统筹城乡科技工作存在的诸多问题,提出了科技改革与创新的总体思路,归纳总结了重庆市统筹城乡科技改革与创新的重点任务,最后提出了实现以科技促统筹城乡的保障措施。
Technological reform and innovation is not only the important source of the sustained and healthy economic development,but also the security of urban rural development.Chongqing is the only municipality in the Midwest,is Chinese urban rural development synthesis reform pilot area.The important practice and exploration about science and technology to promote urban and rural development is benefit for our country.This paper summarizes many obstacles in the work of science reform and innovation in Chongqing,then,proposes general ideas and key tasks of technological reform and innovation.Finally,the safeguard measures are given.
